Only strictly necessary cookies will be set until we get your explicit permission to use other cookies. We collect anonymized visitor statistics using analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our web pages. This data does not identify you personally.

When You Make a Purchase
We collect payment information necessary to process your transactions. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

To Provide Our Services
We need your personal data to verify your identity, supply your credentials to our services and collect payment for the provided services.
To Respond to Your Requests and Improve Customer Service
If you contact us, request a call-back, quote, or submit a support request, the information you provide helps us respond to your needs more efficiently.
To Send Marketing Emails
To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
For Advertising Purposes
With your consent, third parties may place cookies on your browser for targeted advertising purposes. You can manage these preferences through our cookie settings.
7.International Transfers
Your personal data (account information, billing details, support communications) is stored and processed exclusively within the EU/EEA.
Game server files (such as server configurations, game saves, and plugin data uploaded by you) may be hosted on infrastructure located outside the EU/EEA, depending on the server location you select. These files are not considered personal data under normal circumstances, but may contain personal data if you or your users choose to store it there.
Our payment processor, Stripe, may process payment data in the United States. Stripe participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as appropriate. For details, see Stripe's privacy policy.

8.Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Account data: For the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure, unless longer retention is required by law.
- Billing and transaction data: 7 years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen).
- Support tickets: 2 years after resolution.
- Marketing consent records: For the duration of the consent plus 1 year.
- Wallet/credit balance data: For the duration of your account or until the applicable credit validity period expires (3 years for Paid Credit, 1 year for Promotional Credit as defined in our Terms of Service), whichever is longer. Transaction history related to wallet credits is retained for 7 years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law.
- Analytics data: Anonymized and aggregated; not linked to individual identities.
When personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).

You can request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing (Art. 17).
Right to Restriction
You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances (Art. 18).
Right to Data Portability
You can request to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
Right to Object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time (Art. 21).
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
We will respond to your request without undue delay and in any event within one month. This period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
10.Data Security
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
11.Wallet & Credit Data
If you have a wallet or credit balance in your Fragnet account, we store and process this data as part of your account information for the purpose of service provision. This includes:
- Credit balance amounts and transaction history
- Source of credits (refund, promotional, overpayment)
- Dates of credit issuance and usage
Wallet data is retained in accordance with the retention periods described in Section 8. For the terms governing wallet balance usage, expiration, and restrictions, please refer to our Terms of Service, Section 8.
12.Third-Party Websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site.
These sites or services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
13.Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction) to create an account, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 in connection with account registration.
For visitors under 16, we do not knowingly collect personal data without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 8 and applicable national implementations.
