  • Able to cover 8-hour shifts from 20:00 to 04:00 Stockholm time
  • Excellent written English
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting game servers
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows and Linux
  • Able to multitask, meet goals and improve your skills where directed
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues users are experiencing
