Q4 News & Upcoming Price Increase
Whoa, is it December already!? This year has flown by, and while we may have yet to release all the planned features and improvements, we hope you still enjoy our services!
Earlier in November, we went live with Lutra.gg, our upcoming "Gaming-on-the-go" product. If you are interested in cloud gaming, sign up for the closed beta, which will be available sometime between Q2 and Q3 of 2023.
Fragify
We continue to port more of our games over to Fragify, and while we do that, we are preparing a new update which we estimate will be released within the next 2 weeks.
This update is heavily based on your feedback, and the following changes will be rolled out:
- Brand new UI.
- Activity Logs - including crash log archive.
- Network Graphs for each instance.
- Reworked Rust Wipe functions.
- Improved Minecraft Plugin/Mod installer.
- PHPMyAdmin for databases.
- Per Hour/Day/Week/Month graph viewer.
Discord
We regret to inform you that we will be temporarily halting activity on our Discord server until we can ensure that we can provide proper attention there. Our primary focus at the moment is to ensure you get adequate support through tickets, and we want to ensure that we can give those inquiries the attention they deserve.
An "announcements" channel will still be kept active where we will provide updates regarding changes/new features/updates.
Teamspeak
To date, our Teamspeak 3 servers only come with an interface to start/stop your server. We plan to change this during the coming days, and the management of your Teamspeak 3 servers will instead happen from the billing area instead of gamepanel.fragnet.net
With this change, we will introduce several new features, including:
- The ability to view your server's logs.
- Full access to token creation/deletion for each of your groups.
- Add/Remove server bans.
- Create or restore existing snapshots of your server or upload your own.
- Reset your server's data (complete wipe).
Please note that this migration will not result in an IP change or server downtime but only an interface change.

Upcoming pricing increase
While this may not be news to you, the rising inflation and the increasing electricity prices have resulted in additional operational costs, forcing us to increase the pricing for some of our products.
As of today, the following pricing increases will take place for new orders. Existing customers will keep the old pricing until January 2023.
